Product Details

The roll to roll and tape marking machine is a device that integrates visual positioning, engraving/lettering, laminating, tape weaving, and forming functions. It can solve the problems of difficult processing, packaging, and forming in the SMD and small hardware industries, as well as the complexity of workstations and low efficiency. Mainly used for engraving on chips, it can also be used for chip grinding.

The full process automation equipment 

removing the cover tape → laser marking → CCD visual inspection → sealing tape, reducing manual intervention and solving the pain points of low efficiency and complicated processes in traditional processes. 

Laser marking: Supports chip engraving/grinding, suitable for various materials such as metal and PE, with a marking accuracy of ± 0.1mm. 

Video detection: Built in CCD imaging system, real-time detection of character integrity, appearance defects, and QR code readability, automatically intercepting defective products. 

High precision visual positioning system: 

using independently developed visual algorithms to identify the front and back/direction of incoming materials, with a positioning error of ≤± 0.1mm, ensuring consistent marking positions. 

Support sub-pixel level image registration technology to adapt to precise alignment of small patterns (micrometer level). 

Flexible compatibility and customization:

 Carrier compatibility: Suitable for carrier tapes with a width of 8-44mm (standard models cover 8-32mm, extended models support 44mm), supporting heat sealing/self sealing modes. 

Customization capability: The feeding mechanism (vibrating disc/robotic arm) and software functions (such as multilingual interface, specific character library) can be customized as needed, with multiple anti error and quality control integrated sensor positioning, fault self checking, and shortage alarm functions, ensuring continuous and stable operation without human supervision. The peeling force strictly complies with the EIA-481-D standard (such as 8mm carrier tape peeling force of 0.1-1.0N) to avoid packaging failure. 

Intelligent and Digital Management 

MES system integration 

Real time uploading of production data (yield, working hours, equipment status), supporting production traceability, resource scheduling, and quality analysis. The case shows that after integrating MES, the production efficiency of electronic enterprises has increased by 15% to 30%, and the quality traceability efficiency has increased by 50%. 

Environmental adaptability optimization 

Constant temperature and humidity control (20 ± 2 ℃, 40%~60% humidity) to reduce positioning deviation caused by material thermal expansion and contraction. Dust removal design (three-stage suction of dust removal roller) ensures the cleanliness of CCD lens and maintains imaging accuracy.
