The visual laser marking machine adopts CCD camera for visual positioning, calculates the position of the product placement through the camera, and transmits the X, Y coordinates and rotation angle of the product to the marking card to achieve visual positioning and marking. Visual marking machines do not require specialized fixtures and can be installed on assembly lines to achieve automated production without the need for manual labor. 

The visual marking machine has a significant advantage in marking small-sized products. Multiple products placed haphazardly can be visually positioned and marked simultaneously, saving time for manual placement and improving efficiency. It is 3-5 times more efficient than ordinary marking machines.

Using fiber optic/ultraviolet/carbon dioxide lasers, CCD visual positioning is used to mark the products transmitted through the flowline. Products that have been marked are removed by walking a fixed distance, or proximity switches are installed on the belt. When the sensor senses the product, visual positioning marking is triggered. 


       The above markings can be placed freely without any fixtures, with precise marking positions that can be configured on the production line, saving labor.
